Healing Coach Yujuan

Yujuan began her professional coaching journey in 2018 and has since completed over 2,000 hours of one-on-one sessions with clients from around the world. Over the years, she has worked with deep passion as a Positive Psychology advocate, strengths-based coach, and practitioner of various coaching modalities.

 

In 2025, Yujuan was introduced to Brainspotting, which marked a significant evolution in her work. Since then, she has focused her practice on trauma healing, supporting clients in accessing deeper layers of emotional processing and inner transformation.

Just as I have been walking my own journey of healing, growth, and expansion, I hold a deep passion for every soul to experience the same.

 

To heal our wounds, to remember who we are, and to become who we truly and passionately desire to be.

 

We are never bad, insignificant, or unlovable—we are simply carrying wounds. And when these wounds are met, held, and healed, we naturally unfold into who we have always been: a loving, powerful, and joyful being.

What is Brainspotting Therapy

Brainspotting is a powerful brain-body therapeutic approach that helps individuals to process and heal emotional wounds, trauma, and deeply held patterns that may be stored in the nervous system and body.

 

Developed by David Grand, Brainspotting is based on the idea that “where you look affects how you feel.” By using specific eye positions connected to unresolved experiences, Brainspotting helps access deeper parts of the brain beyond the thinking mind, allowing the body and nervous system to process and release what has been stuck for a long time.

Before discovering Brainspotting, I had been practicing life coaching for 8 years with over 2,000 hours of experience supporting clients through self-discovery, personal growth and transformation. When I was first introduced to Brainspotting, I entered the training knowing almost nothing about it — simply trusting the strong recommendations of therapist and coach friends whom I deeply respected. What I experienced was beyond what I expected. The healing I experienced personally as a client was profound, and the shifts I began witnessing in my own clients felt truly life-changing.

Life coaching can be incredibly meaningful and supportive, but it often works through talking, reflecting, analyzing patterns, and trying to make sense of our experiences. However, many of the struggles we face are connected to deeper emotional wounds and survival responses stored in the body and nervous system — places the analytical mind alone cannot always fully reach or understand. 

What I love about Brainspotting is that it allows healing to happen at a much deeper level by trusting the wisdom and intelligence of the brain and body. As trauma and emotional pain begin to process and release, triggers often soften naturally, the nervous system feels safer and more regulated, and it becomes much easier to move toward the life, habits, relationships, and future we truly desire.

I am deeply grateful for my background in coaching, as it shaped my presence, attunement, and ability to hold space with compassion and depth. And now, integrating Brainspotting into my work feels incredibly aligned — because once deeper healing begins, coaching and personal transformation often become much more natural, gentle, and sustainable.
